Our menu features locally sourced ingredients, including fruits and vegetables from the TC3 Farm. The TC3 Farm is located adjacent to the College’s Dryden campus and provides opportunity for students to experience food production at a human-scaled, local level. Students learn year-round, modern organic vegetable production with the added benefit of doing so in direct relationship with the distribution and preparation needs of Coltivare.
Farm-to-Table is perfect for our location – the heart of the Finger Lakes and its tremendous wealth of local food, wine, and agricultural production. By using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, sometimes serving them the same day that are brought in from the farm, we are able to produce a culinary experience that bursts with flavor.
