While we continue to operate the event space at Coltivare, we have temporarily closed the restaurant and will re-open soon – better than ever!
Like so many businesses, we’ve faced staffing challenges in the
post-pandemic world and are now taking a pause to thoroughly reevaluate every aspect of our operations. All of us at Coltivare remain committed to the Farm-to-Table concept as the fundamental basis for who we are; as we retool for new and better ways to serve you, the emphasis on locally sourced foods will remain unchanged.
We appreciate all of our loyal customers and new friends, and are grateful to be part of Ithaca’s culturally conscious and diverse community.
