The steward/ dishwasher position is primarily responsible for being knowledgeable of all cleaning assignments at Coltivare. Responsible to perform routine and repetitive physical tasks. Cleaning work includes the efficient and economical performance of building cleaning and occasional minor maintenance tasks that are performed under direct supervision or according to a specific set of instructions.
The Cleaner must adhere to Coltivare policies concerning the cleanliness, importance of the cleanliness, and being consistent with Coltivare service standards while enhancing the experience of guests. Responsible for all cleaning supply inventories and assists management with reordering supplies. The incumbent will perform all related duties as required. This job might include dishwasher coverage in the event additional staff are required or when the employee is out sick or is unable to report for their scheduled shift.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience that provides evidence that the candidate has a good understanding of the role of the Server in providing outstanding customer service; the ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing; and the ability to exercise mature judgment.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1 year or more of related experience.
EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour.
