The server is responsible for assisting the Management Team by being knowledgeable of all day to day operations as they pertain to the front of the house. Responsible for providing legendary service to each and every guest, every day including taking responsibility for the coordination of all food and beverage service for a station on the floor.
The server is responsible for assisting the Management Team by being knowledgeable of all day to day operations as they pertain to the front of the house. Responsible for providing legendary service to each and every guest, every day including taking responsibility for the coordination of all food and beverage service for a station on the floor. Acts as an ambassador of Coltivare and TC3 and knowledgeable of the culinary arts and sustainable farming degree programs and continuing education programs; acts proactively to cross-market these programs to all guests. Responsible for upholding all of Coltivare’s service standards and assisting the Management Team in meeting the educational mission of the TC3 Culinary Center at Coltivare and the College while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction resulting in overall guest loyalty, student success, staff satisfaction and revenue growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have experience that provides evidence that the candidate has a good understanding of the role of the Server in providing outstanding customer service; the ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing; and the ability to exercise mature judgment.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Two years’ experience preferred
EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE: $10.00 per hour plus percentage of gratuity.
