Washes and cleans tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Responsible for keeping the dish room and equipment clean and organized, following strict sanitary guidelines. Assists in of food preparation under the guidance of Coltivare’s culinary staff.
The Dishwasher is responsible for upholding all of Coltivare’s standards and assisting the Management Team in meeting the educational mission of the Center and the College while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, which results in overall guest loyalty, student success, staff satisfaction, and revenue growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: No previous restaurant experience required. Must be able to work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment for long periods of time.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Interested candidates must be willing to work weekends, late night and have a flexible schedule to meet the Center needs.
EXPECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
