Adjunct Instructor Wine Marketing
Tell us about your role:
I am an Adjunct Instructor in the Wine Marketing Program, teaching Sensory Evaluation for Wine and Food Pairing, and the program capstone course of Wine Marketing and Merchandising.
How did you come to join the Coltivare team?
I have been collaborating with Coltivare since its inception through my company Experience! The Finger Lakes. In the fall of 2017, I was approached by Jason Sidle and Susan Stafford with the idea of bringing to TC3 my academic background as an educator and professional wine experience as a sommelier to teach the second-year students and help grow and develop the Wine Marketing program.
Coltivare is where higher education, hospitality, and community converge to provide an enriching environment for learning, sharing, dining and celebrating. It is a wonderful resource that adds significant value to an already highly-enriched city.

Its incredible selection of high-quality artisan crafted food and beverages across eleven lakes and 9,000 square miles.
