Coltivare is a farm-to-table restaurant and event venue supplementing the educational offerings of Tompkins Cortland Community College. An educational facility as well as a professionally-staffed restaurant and event venue, we cultivate a diverse and hard working team committed to serving our students, public, and our mission.

Mission Statement: To educate and inspire our students and community by demonstrating best practices in a real world learning environment, while providing a positive and memorable experience and innovative cuisine, using local sustainably sourced products.

Housing a 110 seat restaurant, as well as a demo/wine amphitheater, 10-station culinary education lab, and event space for over 200, the positions offered range from banquet to educational, and front-of-the-house to kitchen.
